DAY 1

San José, Costa Rica – Bajos del Toro, Alajuela
Welcome to Costa Rica! Warmly greeted by our representative, who will present you with land portion vouchers and transfer you to your hotel in the Bajos del Toro area (approx 2 hrs). Situated in Costa Rica’s province of Alajuela, Bajos del Toro is a relatively unknown tourist destination that offers a number of exciting views and recreational activities.

Located in a cool mountain cloud forest one hour from the international airport, El Silencio Lodge & Spa offers visitors a peaceful setting to relax and enjoy themselves immersed in nature. The emphasis at El Silencio is your health and personal well-being.

DAY 2

Bajos del Toro, Alajuela

During your stay enjoy a Morning Mystic Walk around el Silencio Lodge. Departing from The Spa, this mystical experience begins with a revitalizing meditation session in the Magical Knot, a relaxing garden structure located at the base of two converging mountains. Followed by a hike up the Mystical Trail for spectacular views and an encounter with the keeping Rock. Local legend says that a sip of its crystalline water rids the soul of all afflictions…

In the afternoon ride an enjoy perfect views of Poas Volcano’s heat-etched slopes, green pastures, and the charming Bajos del Toro community. This relaxed adventure provides a serendipitous chance to meet and greet members of the local community.

DAY 3

DAY 4

Arenal Volcano Area
Morning Arenal Reserve (Sky Trek / Sky Tram) Tour, you will ride an open-air gondola from the ground to the heights where you’ll be dropped off at an observation deck for fantastic views of the volcano and land below. From the observation deck, return to the ground below by riding down on a circuit of zip lines stretching across canyons and between treetops.

Afternoon Canyoning & Waterfall Rappelling Tour. The tour begins with a 30-minute 4×4 ride into the rainforest surrounding La Fortuna. Stay on the lookout for monkeys, sloths, parrots and other creatures as you make your way toward the waterfalls. Once here, your guides will fit you with canyoning equipment and explain the proper way to descend the falls. When you’re comfortable with the procedure, you’ll begin rappelling down the first waterfall, whose base leads into a pristine canyon. From here on out, there are three more waterfalls to rappel down and one rock face. Once finished, your guides will help you back to the vehicles and you’ll head to the base camp.

DAY 5

Playa Dantas, Guanacaste.
Morning pick up at your hotel in Arenal Volcano for your private transfer to Guanacaste – Northern Pacific Coast Playa Danta – Las Catalinas (approx 3 ½ hrs)

Day at leisure in Playa Dantas. Playa Danta is a remote paradise, nestled in a bay and popular for its calm seas, ideal for paddle boarding, snorkeling, kayaking, and many more activities.

DAY 7

Playa Dantas, Guanacaste
A very special sailing tour to enjoy of the Costa Rica’s Gold Coast, get together with the family and friends to spend the best afternoon in your lives, accompanied by our friendly crew always ready to offer the best cocktails, sit on the prow with a cool Mojito gazing the sea in search of dolphins, sea turtles or even whales. A short stop to practice snorkeling, paddle boards and kayaking is the next step while the chef waits for you with the most delicious snacks such as chicken burritos, guacamole, refried beans, chips and dips, pico de gallo, fresh fruits, cookies and vegetables.

International Airport
Pick up at your hotel in Playa Dantas for your private transfer to International Airport to check in 2 hours prior your departure flight.

Included: Lodging, transportation and meals as specified in the above itinerary where B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner, entrance fees to National Parks and Private Reserves, tours, guide services, applicable taxes, service fees and in-country ground operator support.
